SHIPPING
Who do you ship through.
We ship via Canada Post for USA and Canadian orders. All parcels are tracked. We ship though courier for all shipments outside of North America.
How long does shipping take?
We ship Monday, Wednesday, and Friday by reliable postal service at pass through market rates. This is the most reliable way to get your order while we work to bring you the best gold concentrates. We promise it will get there as quick as it can and we generally ship priority.
Special freight rates?
Orders of more than 20 pounds will be subject to additional shipping charges. On orders more than 20 pounds please contact us for the best freight rate. Please include the number of bags and your postal/zip code when contacting us. An invoice will be sent after the sale for your acceptance. Or contact us in advance for exact charges.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. After ordering a confirmation of any additional shipping charges will be sent for orders outside of USA and Canada. Addionaly fees may apply for remote destinations and tracking numbers. We reserve the right not to ship outside of USA and Canada.
Will I be charged for taxes?
All Canadian orders for deleivery in Canada are subject to 5% GST.
CLAIM TRIPS
Dirthogg currently has a full crew and is not currently offering claim trips. Mining good ground is difficult and exact locations are not discussed for obvious reasons.
PAYMENT
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept major credit cards through PayPal. If not paying with PayPal, click checkout with Paypal at the shopping cart screen.Then click, don’t have PayPal account, to pay with a credit card.You do not need a PayPal account to order.
We do not accept money orders, checks, or cash.
Pricing
With universal gold prices in USD and the continued decline of the Canadian dollar we sell in USD. If you sell your gold. It will also be in USD.
Discounts
We do not offer discounts for special interest groups. Gold is money and currency. We are unable to subsidize at this time.
GOLD
We know you expect the opportunity you pay for. Our weights are approximate but reliable. We don’t want to disappoint our valued customers. You never know when your bonus bag will come. Bag Colors
Sometimes we run out of black bags. We may use silver or another colour of bag. It doesn't change the gravel, gold, or whats inside.
Bonus bags
A bonus is more gold in your purchased, not a additional bag.
